At bobi Los Angeles, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and download the return packing slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
